Differential Diagnosis and Kinesitherapy Procedures for Painful Conditions of the Lumbar Spine

U ovom radu su opisani problemi uzrokovani bolnim sindromima lumbalne kralježnice koji se smatraju jednim od najčešćih stanja današnjice. Uz anatomiju lumbalne kralježnice i njenih kralježaka, dalje su opisana su bolna stanja koja su podijeljena na oštećenja na razini kralježnice te periferna oštećenja. Objašnjeni su pojmovi kao što su hernija diska, donji ukriženi sindrom, piriformis sindrom te sindrom uklještenja lumbosakralnog pleksusa. Također objašnjeni su simptomi vezano se bolno stanje kao i diferecijalna dijagnostika, te pažljivo birane vježbe odnosno kineziterapijski postupci za ciljane mišiće koji su uglavnom inhibirani.
This final paper describes the problems caused by painful syndromes of the lumbar spine, which are considered one of the most common conditions today. Along with the anatomy of the lumbar spine and its vertebrae, painful conditions are further described, which are divided into damages at the level of the spine and peripheral damages. Terms such as herniated disc, inferior cruciate syndrome, piriformis syndrome and lumbosacral plexus entrapment syndrome are explained. Also explained are the symptoms associated with the painful condition as well as differential diagnostics, as well as carefully selected exercises or kinesitherapy procedures for the target muscles that are mostly inhibited.
