Abstract

Tjelesna aktivnost u svim svojim oblicima postaje sve popularnija. Kineziterapija, kao temelj svih rehabilitacijskih tehnika, ima najvažniju ulogu u rehabilitaciji ligamenata i drugih ozljeda.<br />Physical activity in all its forms is becoming increasingly popular. The population enjoys a wide range of recreational activities, whether they play sports professionally or in their free time. Those who engage in physical activity require both appropriate preventive training and appropriate health care. People who are physically active could benefit greatly from the services of sports rehabilitators and other relevant health professionals. The role of the physiotherapist and rehabilitation team is to make a realistic assessment of the athlete’s condition, taking into account the time required for complete tissue healing and the athlete’s functional condition. Kinesitherapy, as the foundation of all rehabilitation techniques, plays the most important role in the rehabilitation of ligaments and other injuries.
