Abstract

Informacije iz centra boja u mozgu istodobno putuju do područja mozga koja su odgovorna za otkrivanje pokreta, oblika, prijelaza i ostalog. Ova paralelna upotreba boje u više područja mozga sugerira izuzetnu važnost naše reakcije na boju, naročito u slučajevima kada su u pitanju djeca koja nisu još razvila mehanizam zadrške svojih emocija. Cilj istraživanja provedenog u kontekstu diplomskog rada usmjeren je otkrivanju potencijalne povezanosti boje pozadine korištenog programskom jeziku i emocija razvijenih kod djece u šestom razredu osnovne škole. Rezultati istraživanja otkrivaju da boja pozadine programskog jezika za vrijeme programiranja ima važan učinak na spektar razvijenih emocija dvanaestogodišnje djece. Instrumenti istraživanja su pridonijeli detaljnom uvidu u emocije učenika prije i poslije provedenog istraživanja u kojem se koristio Python kao programski jezik te gradivo koje se odnosilo na FOR petlju i IF-ELSE grananje.<br />Information from the colour centre in the brain simultaneously travel to areas of the brain that are responsible for detecting movement, shape, transitions and more. This parallel use of colour in multiple areas of the brain suggests that our response to colour is greatly significant, especially when it comes to children who have not yet created a mechanism for retaining their emotions. The aim of this research, conducted as a part of the thesis, was to show potential relationship between background colours and emotions of children in the sixth grade of primary school developed while programming. Research reveals that a background colour of the programming language has an important effect on the range of emotions of twelve-year-old children. The research instruments enabled detailed insight into students' emotions before and after the research in which Python as programming language was used as well as FOR loop and IF-ELSE branching as learning material have been teaching.
