Wild boar management in the common hunting ground XIV/139 Podravska Moslavina

U radu je opisana analiza gospodarenja divljom svinjom u zajedničkom lovištu XIV/139 „Podravska Moslavina“analizom su utvrđene lovnoproduktivne površine, te gospodarski kapacitet navedenog lovišta za divlju svinju. Proučavanje dostupe hrane i infrastrukture u lovištu utvrđena je potrebna količina prihrane za ovo lovište i potreban broj lovnotehničkih i lovnogospodarskih objekata. Uspoređeni su podaci odstrela divlje svinje s susjednim lovištem X/117. „Zdenci“. Usporedila se dobna te spolna struktura odstrijeljenih svinja u dva lovišta. Analizira se kvaliteta ocijenih trofeja vepra u lovištu Podravska Moslavina, te su opisane najznačajnije bolesti divlje svinje.
The paper describes the analysis of wild boar management in the joint hunting ground XIV/139 "Podravska Moslavina". The analysis determined the hunting productive areas and the economic capacity of the said hunting ground for wild boar. Studying the availability of food and infrastructure in the hunting ground, the required amount of food for this hunting ground and the required number of hunting technical and hunting facilities were determined. The data of wild boar hunting were compared with the neighboring hunting ground X/117. "Zdenci". The age and gender structure of the wild boar shot in two hunting grounds was compared. The quality of the evaluated boar trophies in the Podravska Moslavina hunting ground is analyzed, and the most significant wild boar diseases are described.
