Implementacija Kaizena u auto industriji

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je implementacija kaizena u auto industriji. U ovom diplomskom radu detaljno se analizira lean menadžment, njegovi alati i metode te se osobit naglasak stavlja na implementaciju kaizena u auto industriji. Kaizen metode su izvorno nastale s ciljem primjene u proizvodnji automobila pa je samim time, u obradu uzeta auto industrija. Kaizen je japanski izraz, što znači kontinuirano usavršavanje, a ima za cilj poboljšati rad u kontroliranom radnom okruženju tako da radnici daju učinkovite performanse. Riječ "kaizen" kombinacija je dvije japanske riječi, "kai" u prijevodu mijenjati, a ''zen'' je prevedeno kao kontinuirano se poboljšavati. Kaizen se dokazao kao učinkovit alat za promjenu radne kulture, radne metode i radnih iskustava. Rad istražuje implementaciju kaizena u auto industriji te povezanosti između kaizen koncepata i kvalitete odnosno uspješnosti u automobilskoj industriji. Cilj ovog rada je analiziranje utjecaja kaizena na auto industriju te njegovu primjenu u istoj djelatnosti. Shodno tome, svrha istraživanja ovoga rada je utvrditi i afirmirati primjenu kaizen metoda u auto industriji i njezin utjecaj na poboljšanje odnosno smanjivanje pogrešaka u proizvodnji. Koriste se metode analize i sinteze, metoda deskripcije, metoda kompilacije i metoda dedukcije. The subject of this thesis is the implementation of kaizen in the automotive industry. In this thesis, lean management, its tools and methods are analyzed in detail, with special emphasis on the implementation of kaizen in the automotive industry. Kaizen methods were originally created with the aim of application in car production, so the car industry was taken into processing. Kaizen is a Japanese term, which means continuous improvement and aims at enhancing the operation under controlled working environment so that workers yield efficient performance. The word ‘kaizen’ is a combination of two Japanese words, ‘kai’ meaning to change, and ‘zen’ meaning to improve continuously. Kaizen has been proven as an effective tool for the change of working culture, working methods, and working experiences. The paper investigates the implementation of kaizen in the automotive industry and the relationship between kaizen concepts and quality and success in the automotive industry. The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of kaizen on the automotive industry and its application in the same industry. Accordingly, the purpose of the research of this paper is to determine and affirm the application of kaizen methods in the automotive industry and its impact on the improvement or reduction of errors in production. The paper uses and uses methods of analysis and synthesis, method of description, method of compilation and method of deduction.
