Abstract

Ovaj rad promatra mogućnosti primjene dizalica topline u industrijskim procesima. Promatra se proces destilacijske kolone (deizopentanizera) te integraciju dizalice topline u taj proces. Razmatra se integracija više vrsta dizalica topline, prvenstveno dizalica topline s vanjskim radnim medijem (korištenjem više vrsta radnih medija) te dizalica topline s rekompresijom vršnih para. Cilj je odrediti toplinski koeficijent pumpi te odrediti ima li ekonomske računice kod integracije dizalica topline. Prethodna istraživanja potvrdila su ekonomsku isplativost integracije dizalica topline na jednostavnijim primjerima destilacijske kolone (kod separacije ekvimolarnih smjesa propan/propen te separacije smjese izobutan/n-butan). Ovdje se promatra industrijska izvedba procesa separacije smjese izopentan/n-pentan ne samo s ekonomskog aspekta, već i s termodinamičkog aspekta, što je također nešto što se nije uzimalo u obzir kod prethodnih istraživanja. This paper examines the possibilities of using heat pumps in industrial processes. The process of the distillation column (deisopentaniser) and the integration of heat pumps in this process are being studied. The integration of multiple types of heat pumps is considered, preferably heat pumps with refridgerants (operating using multiple types of refridgerants) and the heat pump with vapour recompression. The aim is to determine the coefficient of performance and determine if there is an economic viability in heat pump integration. Previous studies have confirmed the economic viability of the heat pump integration on the simpler examples of the distillation column (with separation of equimolar mixtures of propane/propene and separation of the isobutane/n-butane mixture). Here is an example from industry considering the separation process of the isopentane/n-pentane mixture not only from an economic point of view, but also from a thermodynamic aspect, which is also something that has not been taken into account in the previous researches.
