Las obras de infraestructura causan impactos ambientales negativos significativos en el entorno ambiental a construir, la realización de estas intervenciones sin un adecuado plan de manejo ambiental (PMA) genera modificaciones críticas que altera el ecosistema desfavorablemente. Por lo cual, se realiza un programa aplicativo en lenguaje de programación java, que sirve como herramienta para formular un plan de manejo ambiental en obras de infraestructura, relacionando el entorno ambiental del proyecto con sus actividades constructivas para identificar los impactos ambientales críticos, y así establecer estrategias que prevengan, mitiguen, compensen y/o corrijan estos.
