Application of Kaizen radiones in the improvement system

Tema završnog rada je primjena Kaizen radionica u sustavu poboljšavanja. U radu je tema obrađena od teorijskih osnova Lean-a, njegovih alata, principa i gubitaka. Nadalje, objašnjen je pojam Kaizena, njegova dualna priroda, te alati i principi. Naposljetku, obrađen je pojam Kaizen radionica, od teorijskih osnova, vrsta istih, planiranja i provođenja te je navedene primjer iz poduzeća. Topic of this thesis paper is the application of Kaizen workshops in the improvement system. The paper was made starting with the theoretical basics of Lean and it's tools and losses. Furthermore, the term Kaizen was explained, along with it's dual nature, tools and principles. In the end, Kaizen workshops were explained from theoretical basics, types of workshops, to planning and running. Also in the end, an example from company was used.
