Abstract
- U ovom diplomskom radu pod nazivom „Profili potrošača u online okruženju prilikom odabira kućanskih aparata“ predočene su informacije o funkcioniranju i prednostima online prodaje u odnosu na klasičnu maloprodaju te marketinške tehnike i alati za pravilno upravljanje online trgovinom na primjeru www.bijela-tehnika.com trgovini. Ponašanje potrošača definira se kao način na koji kupci biraju i kupuju proizvode ili usluge kako bi zadovoljili svoje potrebe. Rad sadrži šest poglavlja kroz kojih se prati krajnjeg potrošača u online okruženju s jedne strane i Internet trgovine s druge strane pa sve do realizacije kupnje. In this graduation thesis entitled „Consumer profiles in an online enviroment when choosing home appliances“ provides information on the functionality and benefits of online sales over classic retail, as well as marketing techniques and tools for managing your online store properly on the example www.bijela-tehnika.com store. Consumer behavior is defined as the way consumers choose and buy products or services to satisfy their needs. The paper cointains six chapters through which the end consumer is monitored in an online enviroment on the one hand and the online store on the other until the purchase is completed.
