INDIVIDUALNO DELO Z MLADIMI KOŠARKARJI V FC BARCELONA PRI PREHODU IZ MLADINSKE V ČLANSKO STAROSTNO KATEGORIJO

Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti in opisati način dela z mladimi igralci v FC Barceloni pri prehodu iz mladinske v člansko starostno kategorijo. Delo je monografskega tipa, uporabljena metoda pa je deskriptivna. Literaturo in vire za diplomsko delo sem zbral iz knjig, člankov, svojih zapiskov, lastnih izkušenj in ustnih virov, ki sem jih zbral s pogovori o temi diplomskega dela s trenerji, ki so bili tesno povezani z modelom dela v FC Barceloni, in trenerji z veliko izkušnjami pri delu in razvoju mladih igralcev. V delu skušam predstaviti poglavitni problem dela v mlajših selekcijah, ki dostikrat daje prednost rezultatu, ne pa razvoju tehnično dovršenega igralca. Zaradi tega je predstavljen in opisan proces dela glavnega trenerja Alfreda Julbeja v FC Barceloni z mladimi igralci. Mislim ,da je ta model dela prava pot, da igralcu omogočimo razvoj na temeljih tehnike in individualne taktike. The purpose of this thesisis to present and describe the way of working with young basketball players in FC Barcelona in transition from junior to senior age category. The thesis is monographic type and the main method used is descriptive method. While collecting the material for the work I used books, articles, scripts, my own experience and sources I gathered trough conversations on the topic of the thesis with coaches closely associated with training model in FC Barcelona and coaches with extensive experience in player development. In this paper I try to expose the main problem of work in youth categories, which often favors result over development of fundamentally complete player. That is the reason of presenting and describing the process of work of head coach Alfred Julbe in FC Barcelona youth categories. I think this work model is the way to go if we want to develop young players based on technique and individual tactics.
