Kolegijos informacinė sistema

Šio projekto tikslas – sukurti ir įdiegti programą, skirtą studijų proceso, darbuotojų užimtumo, vykdomų paslaugų ar kitų veiklų apskaitai kolegijose. Daugelis švietimo paslaugas teikiančių įmonių turi bendrų veiklos savybių, kurios yra nulemtos švietimo ministerijos ar kitų reguliuojančių valstybinių organizacijų. Dalis veiklos procesų vykdomų visose kolegijose iš pirmo žvilgsnio yra labai panašūs, todėl pirmiausia magistro darbe ieškoma sąsajų tarp skirtingose organizacijose naudojamų informacinių sistemų sprendimų. Nors šie panašumai yra svarbūs, tačiau jie nėra pakankami kad kitas informacines sistemas būtų galima pritaikyti VšĮ Šiaurės Lietuvos kolegijos poreikiams. Darbe yra aprašomas projekto Kolegijos informacinės sistema įgyvendinimas, pateikiamos pagrindinės sistemos savybės, analizuojama jau veikianti sistema. Ji naudojama vykdyti stojančiųjų kandidatų, studentų, dėstytojų akademinių duomenų ir ataskaitų formavimo studijoms administruoti apskaitą, studijų modulių ir studijų programų tvarkymui. Šio projekto užsakovas – VšĮ Šiaurės Lietuvos kolegija, šiaurės Lietuvos dalyje teikianti ��vietimo ir kitas su mokymu ar konsultacine veikla susijusias paslaugas.
The aim of the project is to create and install a recording programme for study process, employees’ occupation, processing facilities, and other activities in the college. Most of the companies, which provide education services, have similar activity features, which are determined by the Board of Education or other regulatory governmental institutions. At first sight part of the activity processes are quite similar in all colleges, so first of all in this master thesis work the connections between information systems solutions, used in different organisations, are being sought for. Although the similarities are highly important, they are insufficient for application of the other information systems to the requirements and needs of the Northern Lithuania College. The work includes the description of the project College information system implementation, the main qualities of the system, and the operating system itself. It is used to record the college entrants, students, lecturers’ academic data and report formation to administrate studies, also to manage the study modules and study programmes. The contracting authority of the project is the public institution Northern Lithuania College, which provides educational and consulting services and other related activities.
