Acil serviste Pumoner Emboli tanısı konulan hastalarda Nötrofil/Lenfosit oranı, Platelet/Lenfosit oranı ve platelet dağılım hacmi (PDW) değerlerinin Mortalite ve Prognozu öngörmede yeri

Pulmoner tromboemboli (PTE), pulmoner arter veya dallarının trombüsle aniden tıkanması sonucu ortaya çıkan mortalitesi yüksek bir hastalıktır. Belirti ve bulguların spesifik olmaması nedeniyle pulmoner tromboembolinin antemortem klinik tanısı oldukça güçtür. Tedavisiz bırakıldıgı takdirde mortalite %30’a kadar yükselmekte, ancak tedaviyle bu oran %3-10’a kadar düşmektedir. Bu çalışmada 1 Ocak 2012-1 Aralık 2015 tarihleri arasında hastanemiz acil servisine başvurusu sonrası Akciğer Anjiografisi için Bilgisayarlı Tomografi (CTPA) ile ilk kez pulmoner emboli tanısı alan 80 hasta retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Acilde PE tanısı konulan hastaların nötrofil lenfosit oranı, platelet lenfosit oranı ve platelet dağılım hacmi (PDW) değerlerininin mortalite ve prognozu öngörmede yeri araştırıldı. Sonuç olarak; acilde PE tanısı konulan hastaların ilk başvurusu sırasında hesaplanan nötrofil lenfosit oranı, platelet lenfosit oranı ile bakılan platelet dağılım hacmi (PDW) değerlerininin yüksek olmasını mortalite üzerine anlamlı bulduk. The resulting mortality is a high disease. Clinical diagnosis of anemortem of pulmonary thromboembolin is very difficult because of the specificity of the symptoms and findings. If left untreated, mortality increases to 30%, but with treatment it decreases to 3-10%. In this study, 80 patients who were diagnosed with pulmonary embolism for the first time by Computed Tomography (CTPA) for Lung Angiography were evaluated retrospectively between January 1, 2012 and December 1, 2015. The neutrophil lymphocyte ratio, platelet lymphocyte ratio, Platelet distribution volume (PDW) values were investigated for predicting mortality and prognosis. As a result; We found that the neutrophil lymphocyte ratio, the platelet lymphocyte ratio, and the platelet distribution volume (PDW) , as measured by were significant on mortality during the initial admission of PE patients at the onset.
