Memorie di una cagna: Helen of Troy tells her own story

La novela escrita por Francesca Petrizzo, joven autora italiana que siempre ha sido amante de la mitología clásica, trata de Helena de Troya. Se divide en dos partes, Sparta y Troia, que cuentan su vida desde cuando se marcha con Paris dejando al marido Menelao, hasta el momento en qué vuelve a él. La historia de Helena está escrita teniendo en cuenta las diferentes versiones del mito y habla sobre todo de sus relaciones con los hombres. The author of this novel is Francesca Petrizzo, a Young Italian who has always loved classical mythology. It is about Helen of Troy it is divided into two parts, Sparta and Troia. The novel walks us through her life since she leaves with Paris, abandoning her husband Menelaus, until the moment in which she goes back to him. The story is written taking into account the different versions of the myth and it mostly talks about her relationships with men.
