Entre contos de princesas e vida de tormento: estudo sobre mulheres no crime

The oppression experienced by women is a historic mark in our country. Even with so many advances, the result of the arduous struggles of the women's movements, there is still a lot to be achieved. Until today, there are gender distinctions and delimitation of female spaces, and this is the result of a patriarchal and sexist structure that historically established roles and stereotyped what it is to be a woman and how they are responsible for acting. Between the 17th and 19th centuries, for example, those who disobeyed the imposed social rules of submission and fragility were called insane and imprisoned in dungeons, convents, family houses to be adjusted to the pattern considered feminine. As women move from the private to the public space and, in addition, enter the Prison System, we analyze, in this study, how the "disruption" of this culturally constructed female image was established and how the demand for them is much greater precisely because of this historic mark of being fragile. Thus, the general objective of this research was to analyze whether there is a correlation between the crime associated with drug trafficking and homicide committed by women with the male gender. The method used was qualitative and literature review. Secondary data and the referenced literature allowed us to identify that female penitentiaries are mostly composed of black and brown women, totaling 63.55%, including those with low purchasing power and education, who, directly or not, had influence or motivation of the male gender in the crimes carried out and that, despite this fact does not annul the crimes committed, it highlights the power of situations of violence and submission as determinants for the criminal practices carried out. Mesmo com tantos avanços, resultado de árduas lutas dos movimentos de mulheres, ainda há muito a ser conquistado. Até os dias atuais, há distinção de gêneros e delimitações dos espaços femininos, e isso é fruto de uma estrutura patriarcal e machista que historicamente estabeleceu papeis e estereotipou o que é ser mulher e como as mesmas estão incumbidas de agir. Entre os séculos XVII e XIX, por exemplo, as que desobedeciam às regras sociais impostas de submissão e fragilidade eram intituladas loucas e aprisionadas em masmorras, conventos, casas de famílias para serem ajustadas ao padrão considerado feminino. Como as mulheres transitam do espaço privado para o público e, para, além disso, adentram o Sistema Prisional, analisamos, neste estudo, de que maneira se estabeleceu o "rompimento" desta imagem feminina culturalmente construída e como a cobrança para elas é muito maior justamente por essa marca histórica de ser frágil. Desta forma o objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi analisar se existe uma correlação entre o crime de associação ao tráfico de drogas e homicídio praticado por mulheres com o gênero masculino. O método utilizado foi o qualitativo e de revisão de literatura. Os dados secundários e a literatura referenciada nos permitiram identificar que as penitenciárias femininas são compostas majoritariamente por mulheres pretas e pardas, totalizando 63,55%, sendo elas inclusive de baixo poder aquisitivo e escolaridade, que, de forma direta ou não, tiveram influência ou motivação do gênero masculino nos crimes realizados e que, apesar desse fato não anular os crimes cometidos, ele evidencia o poder das situações de violências e submissão como determinantes para as práticas delituosas realizadas.
