Quantitative indicators of human resources in health organizations public and private in the state of São Paulo

The present work is an inquiry into the dimensioning of human resources in hospitals. An extensive study was made of trends (ratios and indexes) and of guidelines (yardsticks and parameters) reported in the technical literature concerning quantitative measures of personal. The research intended also to analyse the influence of some relevant factores on the hospital staffing pattern. Trata-se de uma pesquisa sobre parâmetros e indicadores quantitativos de recursos humanos em hospitais. Objetiva levantar e consolidar os tempos padrões, parâmetros e indicadores encontrados na literatura técnica, sobre recursos humanos em hospitais. Busca relacionar os parâmetros e indicadores com as variáveis condicionantes do dimensionamento quantitativo de recursos humanos em hospitais.
