Ubicacion de los nodos logisticos y recomendaciones frente a su actual desarrollo

El presente artículo parte de un estudio minucioso de la bibliografía que detalla los Nodos logísticos referenciados en el Plan Maestro de Transporte Intermodal-PMTI, que estableció una política de estado para el desarrollo de la infraestructura y el transporte en los próximos veinte años (2015-2035), tomando los desarrollos viales contenidos dentro de las concesiones actuales y venideras en cabeza de la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI) y de la participación del Instituto Nacional de Vías (Invías). A su vez se complementa con variadas publicaciones del Departamento Nacional de Planeación (DNP) en los CONPES 3982, CONPES 3547, el Ministerio de Transporte (MINTRANSPORTE) en su publicación SISTEMA LOGISTICO NACIONAL- una estrategia para la competitividad y La Cámara Colombiana de Infraestructura (CCI) en su más reciente congreso nacional de la infraestructura (XVI) y congresos anteriores. This article is based on a detailed study of the literature detailing the logistics nodes referenced in the Intermodal Transport Master Plan - PMTI, which established a state policy for the development of infrastructure and transport over the next twenty years (2015 - 2035), taking the road developments contained within the current and future concessions at the head of the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) and the participation of the National Roads Institute (Invías).
