In this context, research aimed at replacing the materials conventionally used in hot asphalt mixtures with others of good technique, lower cost and environmental impact are pertinent. It is noteworthy that in thermoelectric plants, ashes (light and heavy) are generated that are harmful to the environment and health. In addition, due to the Industrial District, the city of Manaus is a major producer of industrial waste, notably Printed Circuit Boards (PCI), which can undergo pyrolysis and transform into biochar and bio-oil. In this work, an economic analysis of the production of hot machined asphalt mixtures was carried out, with the participation of thermoelectric ash, bio-oil or biochar. In this analysis, the cost of producing traditional asphalt concrete was compared with that containing alternative materials. Also, the implementation of the pyrolysis plant was considered in three scenarios with which the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Simple Capital Recovery Period (Payback) were calculated. The greatest savings occur when there is a partial replacement (10%) of the traditional CAP by bio-oil. It is noteworthy that the first scenario presented the lowest investment risks with an IRR of 143% and Payback of the order of 182 days, with the second scenario having the highest profitability of around R$ 24,6 million. It is concluded that the use of thermoelectric ash, bio-oil and biochar in asphalt mixtures is economically viable. A substitui????o dos materiais convencionais utilizados em misturas asf??lticas a quente, por outros de boa t??cnica, menor custo e impacto ambiental, tem motivado nas ??ltimas d??cadas pesquisas nessa ??rea do conhecimento. Nesse contexto, destacam-se as cinzas provenientes da gera????o de energia em usinas termel??tricas e res??duos industriais, exemplo as Placas de Circuito Impresso (PCI), que ao serem submetidas a decomposi????o t??rmica, no processo de pir??lise com aus??ncia de oxig??nio, produzem o biochar e o bio-??leo. No trabalho em quest??o comparou-se o custo da produ????o do concreto asf??ltico tradicional (refer??ncia) relativo a composi????es asf??lticas contendo os citados materiais alternativos. Examinou-se tamb??m a implanta????o de uma planta de pir??lise em tr??s cen??rios. No primeiro caso, considerou-se a produ????o de 100 t/m??s de bi??leo para atender a total demanda de uma usina de asfalto. Em segundo contexto, verificou-se para uma capacidade de 500 t/m??s, a segmenta????o de 20% destinados ao consumo interno da empresa fabricante da mistura asf??ltica e 80% dispon??veis para comercializa????o. Na terceira possibilidade averiguou-se a produ????o total de 500 t/m??s para venda. Tais investiga????es baseou-se no c??lculo do Valor Presente L??quido (VPL), da Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR) e do Per??odo de Recupera????o do Capital Simples (Payback). Os resultados mostraram que, a maior economia ocorreu quando se substituiu parcialmente, em torno de 10%, o CAP tradicional pelo bio-??leo. Ressalta-se ainda que, o primeiro cen??rio apresentou os menores riscos de investimento, tendo registrado a TIR igual a 143% e o Payback da ordem de 182 dias, enquanto constatou-se o segundo cen??rio como o de maior rentabilidade, com valor em torno de R$ 24,6 milh??es. Portanto, conclui-se ter viabilidade econ??mica a utiliza????o de cinza de termel??trica, bio-??leo e biochar em misturas asf??lticas
