Programa MACGIA para impulsar el trabajo colegiado de maestras de inicial instituciones estatales de Miramar y Alto Salaverry, Trujillo, 2018

In this research, the MACGIA Program was applied, which is based on collaborative learning strategie to boost the workgroup job of kinder garden licensed teachers of the state educational institutions of Miramar and Alto Salaverry of the province of Trujillo, school year 2018. The population consisted of 30 teachers; 15 for the experimental sample and 15 for the control group. The measuring instruments were applied to both groups, in this case a structured questionnaire, using the written survey technique. The main methods used to analyze the results were the scientific method and the statistical method; The statistical procedures used were the construction of tables, graphs and the application of the hypothesis test. The results of the experimental group allowed us to verify that 100% of the teachers reached a good score during the workshops compared to 93.3% who registered a low score in the pretest. Likewise, in the teaching learning dimension, 86.7% of them obtained a good score; in the practical pedagogical dimension, 93.3% obtained a good score in the teaching performance dimension, 73.3% achieved a good score; and in the institutional environment dimension, 80.0% reached a good score.
