Caracterización de los recursos formativos utilizados para controlar los climas de conflicto al interior de una clase de educación física : un estudio de casos de los modelos pedagógicos presentes en el ejercicio del profesor de educación física

Tesis (Educación Física) En nuestros procesos de práctica profesional nos hemos encontrado con diferentes situaciones dentro de las clases de Educación Física pasando por buenos profesores, alumnos destacados, profesores de mediana capacidad, así como también establecimientos con grandes instalaciones e infraestructura, y también colegios pequeños y carentes de implementos. Hemos reparado en que nunca se ha realizado un estudio concreto acerca de cómo actúan los profesores con respecto a los climas de conflicto que se generan dentro de las clases de Educación Física en los diferentes establecimientos educacionales. Para dar credibilidad a esta investigación hemos constatado con las observaciones que no siempre se resuelven de la mejor manera las situaciones conflictivas dentro de la clase de Educación Física , es por esta razón que nace la inquietud de cuantificar y cualificar dicho parámetro. Es por esto, que esta investigación apunta a describir y cuantificar de qué manera se abarcan estas situaciones por parte de los docentes y como influyen en esto las diferentes realidades que nos presenta la sociedad educativa hoy en día. Esta investigación presenta un diseño no experimental, del tipo transversal exploratorio. Presenta además un método triangulado, que contempla carácteres cuantitativo y cualitativo. Este estudio no pretende modificar la realidad, sino que pretende mostrarla tal cual es. Como principal resultado esta investigación arroja que hay grandes diferencias entre los distintos tipos de establecimientos educacionales, así como diferentes estilos de enseñanza y reacciones según los años de experiencia y realidad con que cu nta cada profesor analizado. There are many investigations related with pedagogical models but they don't assess how it manifests itself in the reality of classroom on the different types of educational establishments (municipal, private subsidized and private pay.) On the other hand neither has been demonstrated how models act in various situations that occur during the activities. Based on that we, as future teachers, wanted to propase a study that qualifies and quantifies how teachers react or act in front of the conflicts that often occurs inside the classroom. In our research we developed observation and assessment tools in arder to evaluate how teachers act and react contrasting them to the teaching style and pedagogical model with which they identify. In the process of practice in which we are, we develop an action plan that consists of 3 stages which are: First was the observation process where we evaluated the performance of teachers. This process last 2 weeks. The third and fourth grades were analyzed (NB2). In the second stage we applied 2 Likert scales: One to the students. The goal was to see from the point of view of pupils how they perceived physical education class and the teacher performance. The second scale was applied to teachers. We wanted to know their opinion about appropriate behavior of students and appropriate environment needed for the activities. In the third stage is the analysis of the development of classes in various types of establishments, as well as the performance and behavior of teachers according to the process of observation and definition of their own teaching model as compared to react to the various conflict situations within the activities.
