Importance of the Investment Projects destined for the National and Paranormal Games in Ibagué, and the impact that I present the irregularities of these resources in the year 2015

En el proyecto de ley del Presupuesto General de la Nación se contempla la destinación de recursos para los proyectos de inversión, allí encontramos un rubro muy importante destinado con propósitos socio culturales, como la financiación de los programas de adecuación de las instalaciones para los Juegos Nacionales y Paranacionales que se celebran cada 4 años. Los recursos destinados para la ejecución de este proyecto, desafortunadamente se desviaron sus fondos, las obras que inicialmente se estaban llevando a cabo quedaron inconclusas, dejando al departamento en déficit y al municipio de Ibagué sin instalaciones deportivas. En el desarrollo del siguiente documento se realizará un análisis socio – económico y político; y la importancia que tienen estos eventos deportivos para el país y las consecuencias de los malos manejos en los últimos juegos en el año 2015, específicamente los hechos ocurridos en la ciudad de Ibagué.
