Technical-economic pre-feasibility study to improve urban traffic conditions in the Buena Vista neighborhood of the municipality of La Calera, Cundinamarca

Para el desarrollo de un proyecto de ingeniería civil, como el diseño y construcción de una vía, es necesario realizar un análisis técnico y económico previo en el cual se identifique la viabilidad y la relación costo-beneficio de diferentes alternativas para dar paso a su ejecución, a esto se le conoce como estudio de prefactibilidad. En este caso, el proyecto se encamina en mejorar las condiciones de transitabilidad de una vía urbana ubicada en el municipio de La Calera, Cundinamarca sobre la calle 6 entre la transversal 6a y la carrera 11. En este estudio, es necesario contemplar variables relacionadas con el clima, el tránsito, el suelo, a partir de la obtención de información primaria y secundaria; que permitan realizar un diseño optimo del pavimento y garantizar las condiciones adecuadas de accesibilidad y movilidad durante determinado periodo de vida útil. For the development of a civil engineering project, such as the design and construction of a road, it is necessary to carry out a prior technical and economic analysis in which the viability and cost-benefit ratio of different alternatives are identified to make way for its execution. This is known as a pre-feasibility study. In this case, the project is aimed at improving the walkability of an urban road located in the municipality of La Calera, Cundinamarca on 6th street between the 6th and 11th cross-section. In this study, it is necessary to consider variables related to the climate, the traffic, the soil, from the obtaining of primary and secondary information; that allow an optimal design of the pavement and guarantee adequate conditions of accessibility and mobility during a certain period of useful life.
