Creation of financial planning strategies for PYME

El presente trabajo de grado utiliza herramientas de diagnóstico para llegar a la formulación de un plan financiero para las PYME. El desarrollo de este estudio sirve para determinar muchas de las causas que afectan a las PYME, e identificar y proponer posibles soluciones, que tenidas en cuenta podrán contribuir con su estabilidad económica y financiera. La investigación responde a: Cómo se pueden desarrollar mecanismos y herramientas de planificación financiera en las pequeñas y medianas empresas para que logren la implementación de su misión y la gestión de sus negocios. This degree work uses diagnostic tools to arrive at the formulation of a financial plan for PYME. The development of this study serves to determine many of the causes that affect PYME, and identify and propose possible solutions, which taken into account may contribute to their economic and financial stability. The research responds to: How financial planning mechanisms and tools can be developed in small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve the implementation of their mission and the management of their businesses.
