Економічне обґрунтування напрямів зниження собівартості продукції ПСП 'Лан'

Мета роботи полягала в економічному обґрунтуванні практичних рекомендацій щодо зниження собівартості продукції обраного підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес зниження собівартості продукції. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, а також практичних підходів щодо обґрунтування напрямів зниження собівартості продукції ПСП «Лан». Для досягнення мети в рамках дипломної роботи було застосовано ряд методів: аналіз, узагальнення, систематизація, спостереження та графіко аналітичні, табличні та коефіцієнтні методи, статистичний метод кореляційно регресійного аналізу. У роботі розглянуто теоретик-методичні основи формування собівартості, зокрема проаналізовано наукові підходи щодо визначення собівартості, класифіковано види собівартості, досліджено різновиди витрат підприємства, а також методичні підходи до формування собівартості продукції підприємства. На основі загальної інформації про підприємство «Лан» та розрахованих економічних показників діяльності підприємства було запропоновано напрями зниження собівартості, зокрема 1) замінити мінеральні добрива на більш ефективні; 2) застосувати смарт-систему точкового обприскування бур’янів, оцінка яких продемонструвала економічну ефективність імплементації окреслених заходів у діяльності ПСП «Лан». Thesis consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions, appendices. The work is performed in the amount of 114 pages, contains 27 figures, 44 tables, 3 appendices, 75 bibliographic titles. The purpose of the work was to economically substantiate practical recommendations for reducing the cost of production of the selected enterprise. The object of research is the process of reducing the cost of production. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and practical approaches to justify ways to reduce the cost of production of PAE “Lan“. To achieve this goal, a number of methods were used in the thesis: analysis, generalization, systematization, observation and graphical-analytical, tabular and coefficient methods, statistical method of correlation-regression analysis. The paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of cost formation, in particular, analyzes scientific approaches to determining the cost, classified types of costs, explores the types of costs of the enterprise, as well as methodological approaches to the formation of the cost of production. Based on the general information about the PAE “Lan“ and the calculated economic indicators of the enterprise, the directions of cost reduction were proposed, in particular 1) to replace mineral fertilizers with more efficient ones; 2) to apply a smart system of spot spraying of weeds, the assessment of which demonstrated the cost-effectiveness of the implementation of the outlined measures in the activities of PAE “Lan“.
