Актуальність теми управління екологічними інноваціями зумовлена переходом з техногенного типу економічного розвитку на новий шлях, орієнтований на вирішення проблем довкілля; підвищенням екологічної свідомості громадськості та споживачів та посиленням боротьби між підприємствами за набуття статусу «екологічно орієнтованих». Магістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра виконувалась в Національному технічному університеті України «Київський політехнічний інститут імені Ігоря Сікорського» відповідно до планів наукових досліджень кафедри менеджменту за темою «Управління розвитком інноваційного підприємництва в умовах неоіндустріальної економіки» (No ДР0118U100598). Внесок автора полягає розробленні науково-практичних рекомендацій з управління впровадженням екологічних інновацій на підприємстві з метою забезпечення його розвитку. Метою магістерської дисертації є розвиток теоретико-методичних положень та розроблення практичних рекомендацій з управління впровадженням екологічних інновацій на підприємстві. Поставлена мета дослідження обумовила необхідність вирішення таких завдань: - розкрити сутність та значення екологічних інновацій в діяльності підприємства; - визначити напрями та інструментарій управління екологічними інноваціями; - дослідити науково-методичні підходи до оцінювання результатів управління впровадженням екологічних інновацій на підприємстві; - провести діагностику стану інноваційної діяльності ТОВ «ФАРМХІМ» ; - оцінити ефективність управління еко-інноваційною складовою діяльності підприємства; - обґрунтувати необхідність впровадження екологічних інновацій на ТОВ «ФАРМХІМ»; - надати науково-практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємства на основі впровадження екологічних інновацій; - розробити проєкт впровадження екологічних інновацій на ТОВ «ФАРМХІМ»; - обґрунтувати економічну доцільність та соціальний ефект від реалізації запропонованих заходів. Об’єктом дослідження є управління екологічними інноваціями на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико-методичних положень та практичних рекомендацій з управління впровадженням екологічних інновацій на фармацевтичному підприємстві. У магістерській дисертації було використано сукупність загальних та специфічних наукових методів: фінансово-економічний аналіз – для оцінювання результатів господарської діяльності підприємства; економіко- управлінський аналіз – для оцінювання ефективність управління еко- інноваційною складовою діяльності підприємства; методи систематизації та узагальнення – для визначення динаміки зміни основних показників та їх відхилення від нормативних значень; графічний метод – для відображення результатів діяльності підприємства; метод порівняння - для аналізу тенденцій на ринку через призму порівняння з прямими конкурентами; метод дисконтування – для визначення ефективності запропонованих заходів. Під час проведення дослідження були отримані теоретичні та практичні результати, що характеризуються новизною дослідження, зокрема: – удосконалено механізм управління екологічними інноваціями фармацевтичного підприємства, що, на відміну від наявних, передбачає розроблення екологічної стратегії підприємства, реалізація якої відповідними підсистемами підприємства забезпечує ефективне впровадження екологічних інновацій з метою досягнення екологічних, економічних та соціальних ефектів. The urgency of the topic of ecological innovation management is due to the transition from a man-made type of economic development to a new path focused on solving ecological problems; increasing the ecological awareness of the public and consumers and intensifying the struggle between enterprises to acquire the status of "ecology oriented". The master's thesis for the master's degree was performed at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky" in accordance with the research plans of the Department of Management on the topic "Managing the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the conditions of the neo-industrial economy" (No. DR0118U100598). . The role of the author is to develop scientific and practical recommendations for managing the implementation of ecological innovations at the enterprise in order to ensure its development. The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and development of practical recommendations for managing the implementation of ecological innovations at the enterprise. The purpose of the work necessitated the solution of the following tasks: - to reveal the essence and significance of ecological innovations in the company's activities; - to determine directions and tools for management of ecological innovations; - to investigate scientific and methodical approaches to evaluating the results of managing the implementation of ecological innovations at the enterprise; - conduct a diagnosis of the state of innovative activity of " PHARMHIM " LLC; - evaluate the effectiveness of management of the eco-innovative component of the enterprise; - justify the necessity of implementing ecological innovations at "PHARMHIM" LLC; - to provide scientific and practical recommendations on improving the management of innovative activities of the enterprise based on the implementation of ecological innovations; - to develop a project for the implementation of ecological innovations at " PHARMHIM" LLC; - justify the economic feasibility and social effect of the implementation of the proposed measures. The object of the research is the management of ecological innovations on the enterprise. The subject a set of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for managing the implementation of ecological innovations at a pharmaceutical enterprise. In the master's thesis was used a set of general and specific scientific methods: financial and economic analysis - for evaluating the results of the enterprise's economic activity; economic and management analysis - to assess the effectiveness of management of the eco-innovative component of the enterprise; methods of systematization and generalization - to determine the dynamics of changes in the main indicators and their deviation from normative values; graphic method - for displaying the results of the enterprise's activity; comparison method - to analyze trends in the market through the prism of comparison with direct competitors; discounting method - to determine the effectiveness of the proposed measures. During the research, theoretical and practical results were obtained, which are characterized by the novelty of the research, in particular: – the mechanism of managing ecological innovations of the pharmaceutical enterprise has been improved, which, unlike the existing ones, involves the development of an ecological strategy of the enterprise, the implementation of which by the relevant subsystems of the enterprise ensures the effective implementation of ecological innovations with the aim of achieving ecological, economic and social effects.
