Організація ефективної мотивації праці на підприємстві

Мета роботи – дослідження основних напрямів мотивації праці, огляд основних методичних підходів та розробка на основі проведеного дослідження практичних шляхів вдосконалення мотивації праці на підприємстві. Методи дослідження. Теоретичними й методичними засадами є спостереження, порівняльний метод, метод статичного аналізу та метод відображення наукових досліджень у графічній та табличній формах. В роботі було розглянуто сутність і зміст поняття «мотивація», системи мотивації та методів мотивації праці персоналу підприємства; проведено аналіз фінансово-економічної діяльності ПрАТ «Прилуцький м’ясокомбінат»; запропоновано напрями підвищення мотивації праці на підприємстві ПрАТ «Прилуцький м’ясокомбінат»; розраховано економічний ефект щодо запропонованих на підприємстві ПрАТ «Прилуцький м’ясокомбінат» заходів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес підвищення мотивації персоналу ПрАТ «Прилуцький м’ясокомбінат». Предмет дослідження – сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних підходів до формування ефективної організації мотивації праці на підприємстві ПрАТ «Прилуцький м’ясокомбінат». The purpose of the work is to study the main directions of work motivation, review the main methodological approaches and develop on the basis of the study practical ways to improve work motivation in the enterprise. Research methods. Theoretical and methodical bases are observation, comparative method, method of static analysis and method of reflection of scientific researches in graphic and tabular forms. The paper considers the essence and content of the concept of "motivation", the system of motivation and methods of motivating the staff of the enterprise; the analysis of financial and economic activity of PJSC "Pryluky meat-packing plant" is carried out; the directions of increase of motivation of work at the enterprise of PJSC "Pryluky meat-packing plant" are offered; the economic effect of the measures proposed at the enterprise PJSC "Pryluky Meat Processing Plant" is calculated. The object of research is the process of increasing the motivation of the staff of PJSC "Pryluky Meat Processing Plant". The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodical and practical approaches to the formation of an effective organization of work motivation at the enterprise of PJSC "Pryluky Meat Plant".
