Kustību koordinācijas attīstība 6-7 gadīgiem bērniem basketbola nodarbībās

Darba mērķis: teorētiski un praktiski izzināt 6-7 gadus vecu bērnu koordinācijas spēju attīstības iespējas basketbola nodarbībās. Kvalifikācijas darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta vairāku autoru zinātniskā literatūra par koordinācijas attīstību, vecumposmu īpatnībām un basketbola teorētiskiem aspektiem attiecībā uz izvēlēto vecumposmu un koordināciju. Empīriskajā daļā darba autore iepazīstina ar izvēlētajiem vingrinājumiem basketbola treniņos koordinācijas attīstībai. Sniegti koordinācijas attīstības dati pirms pētījuma veikšanas, kā arī dati pētījuma beigās. Darba noslēgumā autore secina, ka pozitīvu koordinācijas spēju attīstību ietekmē mērķtiecīgs pedagoģiskais darbs, par to liecina izmaiņas bērnu koordinācijas spējās. Taču, lai noteiktu bērna potencionālās spējas, vajadzīgi 2-3 gadi attīstīt un pētīt.
Aim of the research paper: to explore, theoretically and practically, the abilities of improvement in movement coordination in children aged 6-7 in basketball training. The theoretical section of the research paper analyses scientific research of various authors in the field of coordination development, characteristics of age, and the theoretical aspects of coordination and age in relation to basketball. In the empirical section of this research paper, the author introduces the chosen exercises to be used in basketball practice to improve coordination. This work contains the collected data regarding coordination abilities before the study as well as data from after the study has been completed. The author of this research paper then concludes that positive development of coordination is heavily influenced by specific focused pedagogical methods, as demonstrated by the changes in the coordination abilities of the children. However, in order to fully appreciate the potential of a child’s abilities, it is necessary to research and document the process over a 2-3 year period.
