Abstract
- Strategic Account management is growing in importance throughout the world, yet little is known about how firms select and manage national and global accounts. This paper reports the results of a comprehensive research study to gather information about strategic account business practices. The project was co-sponsored by the Center of Business and Industrial Marketing at Georgia State University, Target Marketing Systems, and the National Account Management Association.
