Artykuł przedstawia zagadnienie zmian prawnych w zakresie wymogów co do kwalifikacji stawianych członkom zarządów i rad nadzorczych banków spółdzielczych, będących konsekwencją implementacji do prawa polskiego przepisów unijnej dyrektywy CRD IV.
