Abstract
- The bachelor thesis "Possibilities of Using the Green Barley Juice and the Green Wheat Juice" contains information about a green barley and a green wheat. The work contains information about growing and processing the plants. Includes an important ingredients, a juice preservation options and some health effects. The young barley and the young wheat contain many important vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, amino acids. The practical part deals with the sensory evaluation, not only the unflavoured green juices, but also the juices flavoured with some other fruit juices, an extracts and a honey. It is obvious, the unflavoured green juices are not very attractive to the consumer, especially in terms of taste. When the fruit juices and the natural flavourings are added, the evaluation is greatly improved.
