Zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti ŽĎAS, a.s

The aim of the thesis is based on the results of the financial analysis to evaluate economic situation of ŽĎAS, a.s. and provide suggestions of measures to improve actual situation of company. The financial analysis is created to based on the fi-nancial reports and evaluated in 2009-2015. In the first theoretical part are defined the notions and methods of financial analysis. In the second practical part are these methods applied on concrete company. There are horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, differential ratios, aggregate ratios and credibility and bankruptcy models. In conclusion are recapitulated results of financial analysis. On the based these results are includes suggestions for improve the overall situation in company.
