This Bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the termination of employment. The theoretical part clarifies the basic terms of labour law, individual forms of termination of employment and claims that are related with termination of employment. Everything in accordance with valid modification of the Labour Code. The practical part consists of analysis of establishment and extinction of termination of employment for a selected company, quantitative research where employees are questioned, and lastly it consists of quality research for finding detailed information about this problematic. The main goal of labour market is to suggest appropriate recommendations for managers who want to operate on the same market.
