Finanční analýza vinařského podniku

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a review of the financial situation of the company Znovín Znojmo, a.s. using chosen tools of the financial analysis and the assesment of the results on the base of the analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on defining a concept of agribusiness and specification of tools which are used in the financial analysis. The practical part of the thesis contains a definition of wine regions in the Czech Republic and a progress of the grapevine, it also describes the company Znovín Znojmo, a.s. and use of chosen methods of the financial analysis for the financial situation evaluation of the company. An assessment and a discussion about particular results of the financial analysis are presented in the final part of the thesis, in addition there are also presented proposition and provision of possible steps to improve the efficiency of the company in requirements of current agribusiness.
