Kompetenční profil fotbalového trenéra žen

Title: Competency profile of football coach of women team Objectives: The aim of this work is to create a competency profile of women's football coach from the perspective of the women's football players. Methods: To achieve the aims of this work were used study of literature dealing with the issue of coaching, competencies and specifics of the female organism. The obtained data were supplemented and modified on the basis of informal interviews with women's football players. A 5-point Liker scale was chosen to assess the importance of individual competencies. Respondents were women's football players. They were asked about the importance of competencies by social networks. Results: The result of this work is a competency profile of a women's football coach which contains the most important competencies divided into several groups.
