Strategy of social-services development in charity Třeboň

Strategic planning is, nowadays, considered to be a highly progressive method of effective management which enables to clearly set the way to meeting the target. The aim of this bachelor´s work is to clarify these ideas to the staff of Charita Třeboň, and with the use of the results of this research help them focus on the weaker points of their work.
