This bachelor thesis is focused on process analysis and analysis of the sources of financing the Association of Friends of the Lukov castle. The main goal is to create a suggestion of activities leading to sustainable financing of activities of the Association of Friends of the Lukov castle. The theoretical part defines national economy, non-profit organizations and financing in the non-profic sector. The practical part of this bachelor thesis is dedicated to the description of the Association of Friends of the Lukov castle and its analysis. The end of this bachelor thesis will be dedicated to the suggestion of activities leading to the sustainable financing of the organization based on the process analysis and an example of a grant application will be processed.
