Abstract

{The CP violation parameter eta(+-) is determined through the eigentime-dependent asymmetry in the rates of initially tagged K-0 and (K-0) over bar decaying to pi(+)pi(-). The obtained values are \textbackslash{}eta(+-)\textbackslash{} = (2.312 +/- 0.043(stat.) +/- 0.030(syst.) +/- 0.011(tau S)) x 10(-3) and phi(+-) = 42.7 degrees +/- 0.9(stat.)degrees +/- 0.6(syst.)degrees +/- 0.9(Delta m)degrees with Delta m = (527.4 +/- 2.9) x 10(7) (h) over bar s(-1) measured in the same experiment using the semileptonic decay channel.}
