Noves figuracions humanes en ceràmica ilergeta. El tossal del castell de la Ràpita (la Noguera, Lleida)

Des de la fi del segle iii ane la pintura vascular figurada va ser un dels temes als quals els pintors ibèrics van recórrer per a decorar vasos. En el marc d’un procés d’autoafirmació i autoromanització de les pròpies elits, aquestes representacions figurades legitimen un nou projecte polític. L’objectiu d’aquest article és contribuir al coneixement d’aquestes decoracions en els territoris al nord de l’Ebre —i més concretament a la zona d’influència de l’antiga Ilerda—, amb la presentació d’uns nous fragments desconeguts fins avui. Figurative painting was commonly used by Iberian painters to decorate vessels since the end of the 3rd century BC. In the framework of an elite in the process of self-assertion and Romanisation, these figurative representations legitimise a new political project. The aim of this article is to contribute knowledge regarding these decors in the territories of the north of the Ebro, specifically in the area of influence of the ancient Ilerda, by presenting new unknown fragments.
