Abstract

Planiranje in vodenje proizvodnje z rešitvami, ki jih ponuja Heijunka tehnika vodi uporabnika do zmanjšanja zalog končnih izdelkov brez ogrožanja dobav kupcu. The aim of this undergraduate thesis is to look for and examine the adequate method of planning the production process in the metal equipment enterprise, in order to reduce the quantity of the stocks of the final products. In the following undergraduate thesis we discovered that the solution to the mentioned problem is to introduce the technique of the Heijunka. The planning and leading of the production process, suggested by the technique of the Heijunka, leads the user to reduce the quantity of the stocks of the final products, without interrupting customer's buying supplies. The biggest effect is established, where the flow of the material can be changed in to the one piece flow. Doing it this way, we avoid high stocks of the subassemblies. Where the described procedure is not sufficient, we are supposed to use the so called sequencer. It establishes the queue state line and production of the subassembly on the machine with the exchangeable tools. While we had been testing the mentioned technique, we came to the conclusion that the discussed approach gave positive results. Furthermore, it gave the approval to the appropriate approach in order to solve the mentioned problem.
