Rationalization of the stretch wraping maschine

Diplomsko delo obravnava racionalizacijo ovijalca palet OP161TWIST in s tem razvoj ovijalca palet OP111, katerega posebnost je mobilnost. V uvodnem delu smo opisali zgodovino podjetja Zlatorog oprema d.o.o. in obstoječo tehnologijo. Natančneje smo se dotaknili razvoja in racionalizacije stroja OP111. Ideja oziroma potreba po novem izdelku je prišla od zunanjega vira, torej kupca, njeni temelji pa slonijo na že obstoječi tehnologiji v našem podjetju. Sledilo je načrtovanje prototipa in kalkulacija izboljšav stroja. Na koncu smo podali prihranek ob racionalizaciji posameznih segmentov stroja ter ob prilagoditvi delovnega mesta. OP111 se je izkazal za zelo učinkovit in dobro prodajan proizvod. This diploma thesis discusses the rationalization of the palett stretch wrapping machine OP161TWIST and the developement of the OP111 as a mobile device. In the inroduction the history of the Zlatorog oprema d.o.o. company and its existing technology was presented. We focused on the developement and improvement of the stretch wrapping machine OP111. The idea and requirements for the product innovation were brought up by one of our customers. It has been developed on the basis of already existing technology in our company. Further steps included the palnning of a prototype and the calculation of improvements. In the conclusion savings achieved by the improvement of components and the costumization of the workplace were described. All in all, the OP111 turned out to be effective and attractive for customers.
