Abstract

Delovne razmere so pomemben dejavnik oziroma pokazatelj stanja, ki vlada v posamezni organizaciji. Skrb za dobre medsebojne odnose med zaposlenimi in nadrejenimi bi morala biti za vsako vodstvo primarnega pomena. Brez prisotnosti človeških virov oziroma kadrovske funkcije nobena organizacija ne more delovati, zato se nanjo v procesu poslovanja nikakor ne sme pozabiti. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega dela, kjer smo v sklopu proučevanja delovnih razmer podrobneje raziskali osnovne delovne pogoje, delovno razmerje in delovni čas. V empiričnem delu smo naredili raziskavo oziroma primerjavo delovnih razmer med javnim in zasebnim podjetjem. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov raziskave smo ugotovili, da je treba prioritetno pristopiti k ozaveščanju ljudi o prednostih skrajšanega delovnega časa, saj prinašajo veliko pozitivnih učinkov tako na zaposlene kot na delodajalce. Raziskava je pokazala, da med anketiranimi zaposlenimi obstaja velik interes po postopnem upokojevanju, zato je tudi to področje ena izmed prioritetnih nalog vsakega delodajalca, če želi v prihodnje konkurirati na trgu. Magistrsko delo je namenjeno vsem delodajalcem oziroma posameznikom, ki delujejo na področju managementa človeških virov, kot tudi vsem zaposlenim, ki so željni novih spoznanj. Working conditions are an important factor and an indicator of the situation in an organisation. Good interpersonal relationship between workers and their superiors should be a primary focus of every company's management. Without human resources or a personnel function a company cannot operate, therefore it should not forget about this aspect during its operation process. The Master's thesis includes a theoretical part in which we analysed working conditions by carrying out a detailed research of basic working conditions, employment relationships and working time. The empirical part analyses the results of our research which compares working conditions in public and private companies. Based on the obtained results we concluded that raising awareness about part-time employment is of primary importance as it has many positive effects both on employees and employers. The research shows that the responding employees are very interested in phased retirement, therefore this aspect should also be one of the priorities of every employer who wants to remain competitive in the future. The Master's thesis is intended for all employers and individuals who work in human resources management, as well as for all employees who want to gain new knowledge.
