Improvements in the Production Process in the Company RAJH PLUS d.o.o

V magistrskem delu je obravnavana tema izboljšave proizvodnega procesa v podjetju RAJH PLUS d.o.o. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje proizvodnih sistemov in orodja, ki sestavljajo koncept vitke proizvodnje. Osrednji del naloge se nanaša na analizo obstoječega stanja, v kateri so opisani problemi v proizvodnji. Zaključni del naloge pa predstavlja predloge izboljšav proizvodnega procesa. Predpostavljam, da bi z uvedbo izboljšav znižali stroške, skrajšali dobavne roke in povečali konkurenčnost podjetja. This master’s thesis discusses the topic of production process improvement in the company RAJH PLUS d.o.o. The theoretical part introduces the design of production systems and tools that make up the concept of lean production. The central segment of the thesis is an analysis of the existing state, including the description of the problems in production. The final segment consists of possible improvements of the production process. I assume that improvements in the process would reduce costs, shorten delivery times and increase the company’s competitiveness.
