STANDARD OF SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE: SUSTAINABLE RENOVATION OF A SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE

Diplomsko delo prikazuje potek in posege prenove starejše hiše po načelu trajnosti. Predstavljena je problematika, ki nastane s staranjem stavbe, ter pomankljivosti, ki jih je potrebno odpraviti s prenovo. Za primerjavo je izdelan načrt prenove z grafičnim prikazom stavbe. Delo zajema tudi tehnične in prostorske rešitve stavbe, kot tudi njene bližnje okolice. Pojem trajnosti je uvodoma razčlenjen na več opisanih podzvrsti, ki služijo za orientacijo in lažje razumevanje vpliva trajnosti na okolico, ter v smislu izboljšanja bivanjske kakovosti. The thesis shows the process and actions of the sustainable renovation of an older house. It presents the problems, that accur with the aging of an object and need to be refurbished. A graphil presentation of the renovated object is shown for comparison. The thesis also contains techical and architectural solutions, as well as the solutions of the object's nearby surroundings. The sustainability has many subgenres, which serve for the orientation and better understanding of sustainability impact it has on the enviroment in view of the improvement of living quality.
