Na podlagi raziskav je razvidno, da geodet v sklopu sanacijskih del opravlja izvedbo meritev in analiz topografske podlage. Za izvajanje le teh se najpogosteje uporabljata geodetska instrumenta, tahimeter in GPS sistem, ki sta podrobneje predstavljena v nadaljevanju idejne naloge. Pridobljena dokumentacija obsega tudi geološko sestavo tal ter hidrološke in morfološke značilnosti terena. Za izdelavo končne dokumentacije je potreben izris posamezne podlage kateri se doda še sloj katastrskega zemljišča. Končna vsebina predstavlja geodetski načrt. According to the research work, a surveyor within the rehabilitation works is mainly responsible for the measurement and analysis of topographic surfaces. Geodetic instruments such as total station and GPS systems are most commonly used for the implementation of these measurements. Both of the systems are presented more detailed below in the paperwork. Lessons documentation also includes the geological composition of the ground as well as the hydrological and morphological characteristics of the terrain. The plotting of individual basis including the layer of cadastral land are required for the production of the final geological documentation. This final content is known also as the surveying plan.
