Different types of mortgages in slovenian law

V diplomskem delu so predstavljene vrste hipotek v slovenskem pravu. Vsaka vrsta hipoteke ima svoje specifičnosti, vendar pravila in načela veljajo za vse enako. Za nekatere vrste hipotek so primeri iz sodne prakse. Poleg vrst hipotek v slovenskem pravu sta predstavljena splošni pojem in obseg hipoteke, za lažje razumevanje, kaj sploh je hipoteka in zakaj jih imamo v Republiki Sloveniji več vrst. V zaključnem delu so predstavljeni še prepovedani dogovori, brez katerih bi verjetno stranke lahko privilegirale svoj položaj in prenehanje hipoteke. In this degree paper it presents types of mortgages in Slovenian law. Each type of mortgage has its own specifics, but the rules and principles apply to all the same. For some types of mortgages there are examples from the case-law. In addition to the types of mortgages in Slovenian law, the concept and scope of the mortgage is presented at all, so that it will be easier to understand why we need differend kind of mortgages at all in the Republic of Slovenia. In the final part, there are prohibited agreements, without which the parties would probably be entitled to privilege their position, and how mortgages end.
