Diseño e implementación de un sistema para la medición del Modelo de Madurez de Transformación Digital – casos de estudio de la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana

El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como finalidad el desarrollo de un sistema que permita medir el nivel de Transformación Digital (MTD) mediante el modelo de madurez de Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), que se ajusta a la infraestructura y operación de la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana. Además, es adaptable para las diferentes organizaciones que necesiten medir su nivel de Transformación Digital, mediante un método que permite crear encuestas que se ajustan al modelo de madurez a medir, para recolectar información que será alojada en la nube, y posteriormente reflejada mediante indicadores gráficos y estadísticas. The purpose of this research work is to develop a system that allows measuring the level of Digital Transformation (MTD) through the maturity model of Higher Education Institutions (IES), which is adjusted to the infrastructure and operation of the Salesian Polytechnic University. In addition, it is adaptable for different organizations that need to measure their level of Digital Transformation, through a method that allows creating surveys that fit the maturity model to be measured, to collect information that will be hosted in the cloud, and later reflected through graphic indicators. and statistics.
