Modernisierung der Statistikproduktion durch die neue Geheimhaltungs-Informationsplattform

Eine Möglichkeit, die Statistikproduktion zu modernisieren, besteht in der Standardisierung und Optimierung der Prozesse: Die Reproduzierbarkeit von Methoden, Prozessen und Werkzeugen sorgt für verbesserte Qualität, Transparenz und Wirtschaftlichkeit. Der Artikel beschreibt die Entwicklung dieser Geheimhaltungs-Informationsplattform und deren Nutzung bei der Umstellung der zentralen und dezentralen Bundesstatistiken auf eine standardisierte und automatisierte Geheimhaltung. One way of modernising statistical production is to standardise and optimise the processes. The reproducibility of methods, processes and tools ensures better quality, transparency and cost-effectiveness. A central, metadata-driven information platform for statistical disclosure control significantly reduces the documentation efforts of the specialised statistics units. Additionally, they can more easily use the disclosure control practices that are applied to comparable statistics. This article describes the development of the information platform for statistical disclosure control and its use in implementing standardised and automated disclosure control in centrally and decentrally produced federal statistics.
