Seguimiento a egresados graduados del programa de Administración de Empresas, centro Regional Girardot del periodo 2015-1 – 2017-1

Realizar el seguimiento de los egresados graduados durante el periodo 2015-1 al 2017-1, del programa de Administración de Empresas de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, Centro Regional Girardot, con el fin de evidenciar elementos relevantes en los aspectos labores, académicos y sociales El presente documento contiene el informe sobre el estudio de egresados del programa de Administración de Empresas de la Corporación Minuto de Dios Centro Regional Girardot, que se adelantó con el fin de establecer el perfil social, académico y laboral de esta población, como también para definir la percepción que tienen del programa para egresados que ha diseñado la institución. Es un estudio cuantitativo que hace un tratamiento estadístico de los datos obtenidos con una encuesta que basó su diseño en la encuesta que el Ministerio de Educación Nacional aplica a través del Observatorio Laboral de Educación al año de graduarse. La importancia del proyecto radica y en la utilidad que tiene la información para evaluar la pertinencia del programa y para orientar la toma de decisiones que se requieren para mejorar el programa con el fin de mejorar la calidad del programa. Esta investigación permitirá implementar estrategias al programa de Administración de Empresas enfocadas a mejorar el desarrollo y la formación académica de los estudiantes de dicho programa asimismo, también orientará la formulación de estrategias que permitan un mejor vínculo entre la institución – egresado. Todo en mira de contribuir con al desarrollo de la Institución, del programa, de los egresados y a través de ellos al medio social, cultural y laboral en el que se propone impactar la institución.
