Abstract

The following individual assignment will summarize how consumers in the Italian market perceive the main second-hand fashion platforms in the national market (Vinted, Vestiaire Collective, Depop, Zalando Second-hand), supported by a study of the different attributes that drive these individuals to use these applications. Through a critical overview of the graphs obtained through perceptual maps, this examination will allow us to identify the different strategies that each of these market leaders follow to stay competitive in the market and describe if there is any opportunity to fill a gap in the market.
