An on-line Chinese character recognition system

The objective of this project is to design and build a Chinese Character input system which is easier to use than those using keyboard. A digitizer to capture free hand writing in real time is proposed. Pen movement loci relating to different strokes that make up a Chinese character are captured by a digitizer and stored in a micro-computer memory for processing. RP 7/85
