Abstract
- This research project questions whether it is possible to gain an understanding of a specific quality of time, and to do this by studying a site in the natural world. It questions if such an understanding would be of benefit in comprehending my place within the natural world. The particular quality of time is that of continuous change, indicating all phenomena are in a state of flux, and the site is a pond of distinctively seasonal lotus plants at the Adelaide Botanic Garden.
